The 12 candidates on the waiting list may present their allegations within a period of five business days, until December 11

Sherpa do Mar has announced the 12 finalist projects of its Sherpa Journeys support program for entrepreneurship, as well as the 12 candidates on the waiting list, who will have five business days (from today until Friday, December 11), to present allegations. After this period, the final resolution of the selected proposals will be published.

The final decision was influenced, by 30%, by the evaluations obtained from the personal interviews that the advisors specialized in technology and knowledge transfer from Sherpa do Mar with the leaders of the 24 projects maintained. In the remaining 70%, aspects indicated in their application were taken as a reference, relative to the project itself, such as the contribution of high value-added solutions to real needs in the marine-maritime field, the innovative nature or the technical and economic feasibility.

The twelve selected projects will access the Sherpa Journeys program, which will allow them to receive personalized support and scientific-technical advice to consolidate the development and growth of their products and services.

The provisional resolution can be consulted on the page "Sherpa Journeys - Entrepreneurs" of this website, section "Documents of the selection process":

Ideas Catalog

The set of aspiring proposals to enter Sherpa Journeys, a total of 60 initiatives from Galicia and Northern Portugal, will be present in an online business ideas catalog, where they will gain visibility to establish contacts with potential collaborators and investors.

Likewise, other entrepreneurs who have not participated in the call will be able to register in this web directory, becoming part of this community. The only requirement to register is that your business ideas cover a need in the marine-maritime sector, based on technical-scientific knowledge, and that they are based in Galicia or the North of Portugal.
